無去來處

這是一只來自中國的“禮盒”,是一個粉色的八邊形空間裝置,觀者在其中可以感受到陽光透射進來的新情景,宛若置身于另一清澈、寧靜、悠遠的世界。展廳中間陳放著一本刻滿“蟲洞”的手制書,體現(xiàn)出由自然啟迪的哲思意,仿佛生命與時間的演化密碼。作品通過波普式的外形結(jié)合東方哲學(xué)的內(nèi)涵,以空間的靜呈現(xiàn)時間的動,以觀看的實襯托思維的虛,以鮮麗的外觀凸顯空靈的內(nèi)在。《無去來處》被安放在展廳外的草地上,內(nèi)部的明亮與展廳內(nèi)的作品《別處》相呼應(yīng),形成了晝與夜、白與黑、外于內(nèi)的關(guān)系。
A Place without Whence or Whither

This is a“gift box” from China, a pink spatial installation in an octagonal shape. Within the installation, viewers can feel the sunlight passing through, creating illusionary scenes as if in a distant, limpid and peaceful world. A handmade book engraved with"wormholes" is displayed at the center of the exhibition hall, which embodies the philosophical thoughts inspired by nature, concretizing the evolutionary codes of life and time. The artwork combines the Pop-style appearance with the connotation of oriental philosophy, depicting the movement of time in a static space, contrasting the real view with the virtual fantasy, and highlighting the vacant inner space against the dazzling outer appearance. The artwork" A Place without Whence or Whither” is placed on the lawn outside the exhibition hall. Its bright interior echoes the installation“Elsewhere” in the hall, reflecting the dualistic relationship between day and night, white and black, inside and outside.
